A first stab at designs had been done by another designer however the client didn’t feel that their branding guidelines had been followed properly. Although their branding was quirky, and their business having a lot of different offerings, the client wanted their site to communicate a simple design with easy navigation, which they didn’t feel was being met.

Their old website had 3 different “main” menus, with even the staff not being sure of where to find certain pages and information on their own website.

The client ultimately required a website that was easy for not just their customers, but for their staff. They required booking features for classes that included an easy to use timetable (internally and externally), allowed repeat bookings, catered for one-off events, kept a cap on capacity limitations. As well as a booking feature for their classes and events, they required a versatile booking system for the catering side of their company that had a separate cafe, restaurant, and coffee bar – all with different opening times, capacities, and events/deals.
